I like that they are very involved in what we do, and they know how to get things done. They take care of everything from scheduling to invoicing! The system works well for us. We have been able to keep our records up to date with ease. It's so easy to use! Nothing at this time, but they offer excellent support. If you're looking for one place to handle all your paperwork needs, this is it. As mentioned above, they are always available for questions or concerns. I like that it's easy for me as an employee, but also my customers can use this platform too! It makes our job easier because we don't need another system in place - everything works together seamlessly. We've had some issues with getting new users set up (some didn;t know how) or they were just not very helpful at all when trying help them out so far have been great!! Nothing really bad about their service other than maybe needing more training/support staff members? But overall good experience.
