Quality silicone mat for macaron making
I have used these twice now for making French macarons and both batches have come out perfectly. Macs release effortlessly when completely cooled. Macs hold shape well if piped correctly.

This is the third time i purchased this. Iβm not happy with this one. The quality has gone down. You can barely see the circles especially the third one. It doesnβt look the same like the first and second purchased. The first picture is the one I recently purchased and the second was years ago. You can tell the difference of the circle and the color of the mat. Just disappointing.
