It's easy for a recumbent rider.

Thanks to the groove in the center of the seat, it took the pressure off my prots. My balls still ride like saddlebags on each side of the tongue they rest on, but this seat is so much more comfortable than any I've used before. There's a red light on the back of the seat for night driving, which I like.
