Excellent customer service!

Now I have bought two of these remote controls. The first one worked fine until I moved it from one outlet to another, after which it broke. I contacted DEWENWILS hoping to get some sort of response. In fact, a customer representative (Joy) replied the day after I sent my email asking for details about the device malfunction. I sent her all my information and she replied that DEWENWILS would send me a new unit free of charge. DEWENWILS is one of the few companies I have dealt with that really cares about customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend buying products from a company like DEWENWILS.
