Review on Zurn 34 720A Wilkins Pressure Assembly by James Roper

After the Great Texas Freeze I needed a replacement pool valve. Could not be found anywhere in or around Houston. Ordered this and it has arrived. It was beautifully packaged and I was very happy with it. I fit perfectly in the place where I had to replace the damaged one. The only problem I had was that when installing and starting, the jet fell off and water came out from the top. I struggled with this for a while and ended up replacing the spring from the old one with this one. After replacing the spring, the valve also worked as expected. Overall this is a good valve and it was a direct replacement for a valve that was damaged from the single digit temperatures we experienced in the Houston area. I don't know why the spring wasn't strong enough, but it wasn't that much of a problem. Been up and running for a few months and no more problems.
