Review on Sportline 340 Step and Distance Pedometer Bundle - Includes Pedometer, Warranty Card, Instruction Sheet, and Walking Book by Hank Mistretta

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The reviews were good until I bought it.

I bought this pedometer when it had 5 stars! Now all sorts of bad reviews since 2007. Too bad I bought it in December. It's a piece of junk. I thought I'd order a mid-range pedometer. (it cost $12 back then). I agree it didn't stay and although I followed the sizing instructions the steps were never accurate. I had the additional problem that parts of the digits were missing from the LCD most of the time. So, the reversed three is actually an eight, was it a one or a seven, is it 5000 or 6000? I never knew. The only time all the strings displayed were perfect numbers was when you erased them to 0000. I'll probably try the "cheap" ones from Walmart. It will probably be better than that.
