The reviews were good until I bought it.

I bought this pedometer when it had 5 stars! Now all sorts of bad reviews since 2007. Too bad I bought it in December. It's a piece of junk. I thought I'd order a mid-range pedometer. (it cost $12 back then). I agree it didn't stay and although I followed the sizing instructions the steps were never accurate. I had the additional problem that parts of the digits were missing from the LCD most of the time. So, the reversed three is actually an eight, was it a one or a seven, is it 5000 or 6000…

thought it was better than it is.

I have something like my fifth pedometer and didn't want to invest much in it until recently. I bought it because I thought it looked cool and was a great price. Keep falling! I pinned it to my pants for several days but it was time consuming and annoying, not to mention the pain of getting the needle stuck in me! It was these qualities that brought me back for the second and third time; However, the belt clip on the first two broke after about 5 or 6 months of daily use. When the clip worked it held tight to my belt which I've read has been

Precise and space-saving **NOW 2 STARS**

I have read some of the previous reviews and agree with some. Yes, it does fall off easily, but I've found it happens more often when wearing belted jeans. It never fell off while wearing my workout clothes. However, I'm very aware of that during the day because I don't want it to fall. I think this is VERY accurate. My hiking partner has a completely different (and very bulky) pedometer that was a few steps away from mine after we walked together one morning. The open front panel was never a…
