The worst printer I have ever used. So far I've been an Epson fan. My Epson Workforce 520 finally died after 6 years of faithful service. I needed an all in one printer but I don't use it often so I figured it would be a good deal. I didn't care if it was slow. However, this is very slow. To get this thing working I had to download the latest drivers immediately. Once I was able to connect via Wi-Fi, I was able to print, but then I had to clean the printheads. In fact, he seems to do the best job cleaning the printheads, which he likes to do after almost every function. I could not establish a WiFi or USB connection to the scanner. If I tried to use its copy function, it would say that it needed to clean the printheads and then spit out a test sheet. It also has annoying "happy" sounds it plays to cover up its mistakes, but luckily you can turn them off. I returned this printer and will try the HP printer. crossed fingers.
