Not sure about the amount of each mineral. I got the electrolyte powder from Dr. Eric Berg used it, but it had stevia in it, so I gave up when I switched to Carnivore. I went with Keto Chow on recommendation, but it doesn't have as much magnesium, potassium, etc. as Berg's. I felt better using the powder formula because I was actually taking 2 scoops a day and yours really can't match. The only plus is that there is no sweetener, but I'll have to contend with some stevia because it actually made me feel better.
