Review on Ultimate Luxury And Comfort: COHOME Queen Down Alternative Comforter In Reversible Dark Grey - Machine Washable And All-Season Quilted Duvet Insert With Corner Tabs by Jarrod Zuvers

Many positives, one annoying negative

I bought this as a duvet insert but quickly realized that the taking apart, laundering, and putting back together of a duvet just is not for me. This is nice enough to use alone, though. It’s so soft, durable, doesn’t make me too sweaty, and it’s so comfy I don’t even need a sheet. It hasn’t gotten clumpy in the wash, and I wash it a lot. It’s white and I have a black dog. The most annoying part, though, is that I’ve gone through three dryers with this thing and not one has dried it effectively. My old fashioned dryer without the sensor took over two hours to fully dry it, and even then there would inevitably be a couple damp spots. My two sensor dryers don’t even come close. I have to keep taking it out, rustling it around, and putting it back in. I try using a setting without the sensor, it still takes 2+ hours. I don’t recall having such a hard time with any of my other comforters, and it is super annoying, but I’d still recommend this due to its durability and comfort level. When it finally does dry, it’s fluffy and smells amazing!
