We loved the reviews and recommendations for this cable car for my son's eighth birthday. The instructions were clear and although it took a while to put the tree together (because he found the tree the right size!), my son loved it. He loves to. However, when I put one of my older children on the rope, the turnbuckle couldn't hold her and the rope came loose, causing her to fall. The zipper is rated at 350 lbs. It's much less than the allowable weight. I am very disappointed with the features of the item. The turnbuckle at the starting point just couldn't take it and the bolt slipped out. It's very dangerous. Needless to say we had a heart broken boy with tears in his eyes due to the construction on his birthday.
