I haven't used it yet because I haven't programmed it. No programming instructions were included other than a prompt to go to the website. The site told me the dealer had to program it. When I stopped at the dealerships they told me they were busy, I would have to leave the car all day, it would take 1 1/2 hours, cost $85. They were also unhappy that I had connected them to the internet - they said if they programmed it and it didn't work I still wouldn't make $85. So I couldn't get out of the car that day and didn't come back.
