Installation is the trick. But easy after finding a third hand.
Very nice shiny plastic. The nut and bolt hold them together but aren't secured in the plastic so they fall out. Once you understand how to hold the wires it will be easy. Start by sketching two wires, then three, then four. I used a small clamp to hold it in place and with my index finger I held the nut in place, freeing my right hand to tighten the hex bolt.
