Great design but too cheap
Whenever there's a product with 19% one star and 58% five stars, there's probably a discrepancy somewhere. I suspect some people won't mind the poor build quality and extremely flimsy design, while the design impresses them. It has a great design, definitely dries the mop and works well. It's such a cheap construction that it's clearly meant to be used very lightly and obviously won't last long. For me simply too light construction and processing quality. But it might work for you.
