I bought a similar blue camera for my 5 year old son. It takes a little time to get used to the camera's buttons and operations, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy and kids can easily do it since they're more tech-savvy than most adults. I ordered it for my six year old grandson. She was using an old baby camera that belonged to my 13 year old daughter so it was dated and broken. This one is small, handy, pink and some have a silicone protective cover on the front. Great for a six year old too. I'm not sure if a 2 or 3 year old would really understand this concept. I think it's more suitable for 4 to 7 years old. You can sing karaoke, take photos, shoot videos and even play games.
