Love it. Our toaster that we had belonged to my husband before we got married (at least 15 years old). My kids had trouble getting it out and it just wore out. I had all my kids run the instructions with me (they are 10, 11 and 12) and they were gone! They had no problem with it and it was easy to learn how to set it up to toast a bagel, frozen waffle or just a piece of bread from the cupboard! No matter room temperature, chilled or frozen.
