update: great customer service! They solve my problems and replace the product for free and credit my account. I look forward to trying the new replacement and updating my review. A NOTICE. THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD AND IT IS ONLY A SMALL PROBLEM THAT I HOPE TO REPLACE WITH A SOLUTION. Video quality is great! It is clear that it is very possible to identify people, the sound is also good👌 but unfortunately it is not always recorded and some videos do not play. Disappointing if you think it was recorded! MD was good. Very small ones can hide.
