I was fine with this item except after ONE use the screen keeps showing 'Lo' the item becomes unusable and turns off. I assumed this meant a low battery. I was in the middle of my journey. It was such a problem finding a replacement battery. I needed a watch battery that was about 1 inch in diameter. Even if you need to wrap it around your luggage and then lift all the luggage to find out the weight, it's not that easy to operate. Of course it works exactly. it's easier to weigh yourself, write down the initial weight, weigh yourself again while carrying the luggage, and write down the final weight to finally get the actual weight of your luggage. Bought the item because I don't have a scale and have relied on the items during my trip. I didn't expect to replace the battery after 1 use. So I deducted a star for my rating.
