Very easy to use and navigate - great customer service as well!
I like that it is easy for customers who are not tech savvy or do no know how difficult their data privacy can be in today's world! The support team was great as well which helped when we needed guidance at anytime during setup of this software - they were very helpful!! Nothing so far but if there IS anything please let me now because i would love any suggestions/help. We used legal monster after reading many reviews about them being simple user friendly solutions compared other complicated programs out there such us Comodo etc..

- Great customer service, super speedy response by email AND phone call (in my case) from Support Team !
- They went above + beyond expectations!!! :) Thank you all SO MUCH :).
- Love seeing progress bars while uploading documents / getting status updates..:) Yippeeee..(and more!)
