Very helpful tool helping meet regulatory obligations

The best part about legal monster is that it allows for multiple ways of obtaining user consent, which helps us stay in compliance across all applicable regulations including GDPR. There are some features we haven't figured out yet such as having an option to send email reminders or notifications. We also had difficulty figuring out how to get started using this platform.   • Multiple options available within one system
  • Easy administration dashboard makes managing users easy
  • Great support team! They helped me through every step when getting set up.
  • Allows you have more control over your own process than if they did everything from scratch themselves (i think)

  • Sometimes its hard navigating around can be overwhelming at first

Very easy to use and navigate - great customer service as well!

I like that it is easy for customers who are not tech savvy or do no know how difficult their data privacy can be in today's world! The support team was great as well which helped when we needed guidance at anytime during setup of this software - they were very helpful!! Nothing so far but if there IS anything please let me now because i would love any suggestions/help. Great User Friendly Legal Monitoring Solution

I like that we can use this software for both legal compliance as well as privacy concerns! It's easy enough so anyone in my team could set up their own accounts without much trouble at all (though it is better if they were familiar w/o going through training). The support system has been very helpful when needed even after hours or weekends too!!   • Great customer service, response time from staff members who work directly within our org.
  • Very secure platform with great encryption technologies used throughout.
  • Ease of setup by users themselves; there isn't anything complicated involved once you're comfortable setting your account settings yourself
