I like that we can use this software for both legal compliance as well as privacy concerns! It's easy enough so anyone in my team could set up their own accounts without much trouble at all (though it is better if they were familiar w/o going through training). The support system has been very helpful when needed even after hours or weekends too!! We are able solve issues quickly because of how organized everything was before using LM compared what i've seen since getting started here - which makes me happy :) Nothing really but minor things such as not having access some features easily available elsewhere would be nice though nothing major either way just something extra maybe? If any one wants an awesome tool especially for those looking into data security then definitely look no further than these guys.
