Very helpful tool helping meet regulatory obligations
The best part about legal monster is that it allows for multiple ways of obtaining user consent, which helps us stay in compliance across all applicable regulations including GDPR. There are some features we haven't figured out yet such as having an option to send email reminders or notifications. We also had difficulty figuring out how to get started using this platform. I would recommend LegalMonster to other companies looking for a way to comply with privacy law requirements without needing to hire additional staff. Our goal was to make sure we were collecting appropriate consent and providing adequate notice before sharing data with third parties. This has allowed us to remain compliant while not requiring any extra resources.

- Easy administration dashboard makes managing users easy
- Great support team! They helped me through every step when getting set up.
- Allows you have more control over your own process than if they did everything from scratch themselves (i think)

- Sometimes its hard navigating around can be overwhelming at first
