Ordered this to help with back pain that I started after sitting in the same office chair for hours. And indeed it is perfect and works as expected. Really good quality and doesn't feel "cheap". Really soft memory foam that doesn't hurt and feels very comfortable. The pillowcase is also very soft and machine washable (but NOT the pillow itself). Just be aware that this pillow is really soft and you tend to sink quite deep into it before you feel any "support" from it. But that was my goal as there was limited space in my chair. I also tested the armrest of my chair and this cushion could very well be used to protect your arm and/or elbow when using a mouse. In fact, I'm considering buying another one for this purpose ONLY! Helpful Info: The actual size of the pillow is 19.5 inches long X 8 inches wide X 3 3/4 inches thick. Dark blue
