Doesn’t last! good for me

We installed it last summer and came this summer to use it and we couldn’t. The motor had completely stopped working and our trailer is only 24 feet. We are extremely upset about the quality of this, don’t buy it. Try find another one this size of the size matters.

  • Absolutely no problem with this easy lift. Well worth the money.

  • Used trailer one time second time i went to use it jack goes down will not go up

Whole mechanism seized up

This was well maintained and stored for the winter. Upon opening the camper this season, we discovered that the mechanism was completely seized up. Not even the manual handle would budge. It did this several times over the summer, but a quick nudge with the manual bar and we were running again.

Down only - no up. for my opinion

Installed easily and is just what I wanted - but it only worked BOTH directions for one day. Now, goes down okay but won't go up - like the electrical connection just snapped or something. All wiring appears intact but it will only go one way (hand cranks easily, but that is not what I bought it for)

Pros
  • Slow lift motor and the led light didn’t work. Inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
Cons
  • The bottom for up and down shorted out after 2 uses. Seems to hold up besides that.

Do not buy used - my new review

This was supposedly in great shape. It had paint over spray on it and the ram was all dented and twisted. Trying to put it up and down kept resetting the breaker

Switch failed after a month

Seemed to be worth the money but the rubber boot over the rocker switch allowed water in the switch and it stopped working within the first month. Only worked well for the first week of camping.

This Jack works great. Easy to install easy to use. Would give it a 5 but it is a little loud when you use it. That's my feedback.

Not what I expected

I used this jack for my trailer it was hard to install and once it was installed i try it and it make a weird noise really loud wich is not normal.

Never even made it on the first camping trip and now it will not work in my window for return with revain has closed very frustrating

Used twice and failed.

I used this jack twice and it worked flawlessly. Pretty easy to install on my travel trailer and seemed to be legit. It is rated appropriate for me travel trailer and worked without hesitation. On the third trip (two days before we leave for camping) I go to get my trailer out of storage and the jack will only lower my trailer (pull the leg up) but will not raise my trailer (push the leg down.) After exhausting all measures to troubleshoot the jack I decided to return it. Luckily I was within…
