Review on 3,500Lb Capacity 12V Electric Trailer Jack With Hard-Wire Connection & LED Light - Uriah Products UC350020 (Black) by John Hill

I used this jack twice and it worked flawlessly. Pretty easy to install on my travel trailer and seemed to be legit. It is rated appropriate for me travel trailer and worked without hesitation. On the third trip (two days before we leave for camping) I go to get my trailer out of storage and the jack will only lower my trailer (pull the leg up) but will not raise my trailer (push the leg down.) After exhausting all measures to troubleshoot the jack I decided to return it. Luckily I was within the return timeframe with amazon since I only had it for like a monthish. A replacement will be sent (who knows if it will last any longer, I'm skeptical at this point) but now I have to deal with return issues, like needing the packaging to return my faulty jack via UPS. revain gives me a week to return the old one before I get charged for the new one but the new one does not come before that week. Horrible experience and seriously consider this jack compared to other brands. I don't know why it failed but we had some pretty heavy storms and I wonder if it isn't as weatherproof as it claims. I understand things fail but now this is turning into a horrible experience.
