The bag they come in is not rigid at all and I think this stiff bag lifts it at least half if not a whole star higher. As for the shakers themselves they are ok but not great, they could be better, the twist tops tend to move and they lose some spice but not bad. I wasn't expecting much from this product given the price but as long as you don't carry it in your backpack it should be fine.
