Asics finally went back to the old style of Gel-Kayano that those of us who were fans of it had known for a long time, it was a great shoe. The toe box is wider and the healing pad offers excellent support. I am currently using it for walking but may start running again as the treatment shell is very comfortable. I feel like the lack of support is back and they're back to the old version with the added comfort that Asics is known for. They have generally softened the shoe and made it lighter so it is much more comfortable on the foot.
