1. The shipping container was EXTREMELY damaged. FEDEX shipping. All inner foam protection packaging is defective.2. The SuperJaws.3 appears to have scratches and chipped paint due to handling damage. The manual is in MICROSCOPIC font. Unsuitable for use. If necessary, link the image on the Triton website to enlarge it. However, very little useful information.4. The front legs have a totally inefficient storage latch. That does not work. Ball bearing mount on each leg (should fit the hole in the leg) but it doesn't keep the leg closed. You need to wrap an elastic cord around the device.5. Mechanically, the device is solid and should work as advertised, but beware of those other issues.
