My machine worked perfectly. I only ordered this kit to clean and change the filter. I spent money and about an hour and a half of my time. And the next thing I know - the machine isn't working - my touchscreen won't turn on. The machine turned on when the touchscreen lit up, but the small circle that had to be touched to activate the machine didn't respond. My husband spent a few more hours taking it apart, trying to dry it out and trying all the troubleshooting methods to no avail. Bottom Line: Clean your car the good old fashioned way and don't waste your money on it.
