Maybe I'm stupid, but I couldn't install axil. There is a rubber washer on the inside of the bushing. I thought it was a great idea until I tried installing axil. I couldn't get him past that rubber disk. Usually holding/aligning a wheel, working with a disc brake and sliding in an armpit isn't easy, but it's not difficult either. Now trying to get the axle past the rubber washer was a different matter. You hit the armpit and it just bounces off the rubber washer. I've lubricated the suction cup and everything but no luck. Of course, I didn't have an assistant, so maybe two people working with it could work together. I ended up just reusing the original bushings. I bought some kits for my other bikes so I'm hoping to clear that up. Pivot Works has a great idea and a great guarantee. Still, ask around before you pull the trigger. Personally, I still plan on getting Pivot Works seals and bearings. Our bikes may be foreign made, but if you are looking for replacement parts please look for American made ones.
