Pretty good headphones. They sound great, full and clear, especially for the price. They're warm if you wear them for more than a couple of hours, but that's something to expect with headphones. Noise cancellation is a good thing and a worthy sacrifice. However, I am disappointed because after about six months of light office use, the headband started to tear and now, after ten months, they are preparing to break. Plantronics says it has a 1 year warranty but it is only valid from the date of MANUFACTURE (two years ago) and although they SAY authorized resellers can have 1 year you can't dispute that.
