Comfortable, soft, grippy, ankle support yet flexible, the laces are a bit stretchy making them difficult to tie properly but create a more secure fit The shoes have a natural arch so the heel will feel lower than other wrestling shoes when you first wear them, but you won't notice it after a few days. They clean well, I fight 5 days a week for 3 hours a day and after wearing them for a month they got quite dirty but it wasn't noticeable as they were black and gold but when they were put in the washing machine , they looked perfect. The one-piece outsole offers a much greater range of motion compared to most other shoes. Overall a great wrestling shoe
