Switched from i7 6700K sold it for a pretty good price. I took an ASRock Z370 pro4 mother and a Deepcool Lucifer K2 air duct for it. Immediately overclocked to 4.7 Ghz at a voltage of 1.330 volts. In full load (in overclocking) it heats up by 64-66 degrees, I think you can try to increase the voltage even more and set the frequency to 5 Ghz. I am very satisfied with the purchase, I recommend everyone to take a new generation!)))
- 6 cores; In games, it performs better (in overclocking) than the old i7 (7700K and older); GTX 1060 6GB loads 100% with this processor (even 1080 will work just fine); Much colder than past generations since Kaby lake; Easily accelerates; Enough for all daily tasks.
- The price is not yet stable, if you see oem for 17-19, take it right away without hesitation (I bought a box version for 20,000)!
