I bought one of these in June 2016 and gave it 5 stars. This motherboard was wrecked in a flash boot failure that triggered the flash when I had NO video and had no idea what was going on. The BIOS did not initialize the graphics card. As a result, I turned off the power after about 30 seconds to see what happened. This step killed the BIOS EEPROM and the motherboard. I've been buying these boxes for over a decade and have had great support from Shuttle in the past. NOT NOW. I spent two weeks contacting support and buying a replacement motherboard. I tried 6 calls and 4 emails. They stopped responding to me after answering the second letter. It's a really good computer, but I wouldn't recommend the shuttle to anyone who is buying it for the first time. You look like a company going bankrupt. I had no choice but to buy a system to replace a barebones system and throw away 80% of the purchase. Unless I wanted to rebuild my system and software. That's 2-3 days of work for my system after I solved all updates and registration issues.
