Last year I replaced one of the elements in my Frigidaire oven with a universal element. It lasted about a year and never got hot enough or hot enough to boil water. This year I decided to replace them all as they started falling apart after 12 years of use. I chose the Frigidaire brand and I am very happy about it. They really aren't that much more expensive than generics, but they work much better. My cooker is in great condition so there are no dents or scratches so I wanted it to look great and work great. I am very happy with these items. They feel solid and well made, just like my originals, and heat up quickly.
