Low quality. in Printers and Supplies

I bought a refill cartridge to have on hand when the ink runs out. As soon as I put in a new cartridge it didn't print but I went through the return window so I guess I'm unlucky. I put in a different cartridge and it printed fine. inferior quality. Addendum: After I wrote a review, representatives from the company contacted me and replaced the faulty cartridge. Excellent customer service, just wish they had a contact link on the website.
