If I could give 0 stars, I would. We got an iPad, it worked for a month, and suddenly Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working. I emailed the company for a product exchange or even an iPad repair. I kept getting replies, but all they asked me was iPad info (serial number, what's the problem, try turning it off and on again, etc.). Eventually they apologized after a month can't fix it which came in handy right at the end of the exchange/return window. Now I'm stuck with a $300 iPad that we've only used for a month (just for watching movies). I took it to a technician and it has faulty Wi-Fi antennas. This is a HARDWARE problem, not a user problem. BUYER ALERT - a certified technician {somehow through the company "Revain Renewed"} will sell you the defective product and then conveniently wait until your exchange period is up so you can no longer exchange, repair or refund the item if your product is defective !
