- I first wanted to take TP-LINK TP-LINK RE305, but I didn’t understand why I should pay a thousand more, and there is no gigabit port here and there, but RE205 is a little more powerful: 19.5 dBM versus 17 dBM - works in conjunction with TP-LINK Archer D20, both are controlled through the same Tether application, which is very convenient. - I took it from behind a smart TV, connected the router to a 5GHz repeater, connected the repeater to the TV with a wire, turned on the repeater for distribution of 2.4GHz. Now I have stable Internet on smart TV, and good Wi-Fi coverage throughout the three-room apartment, and without channel overlay and without loss of speed.
