I love this pizza crust!
I bought a firm grip pizza wrapper and I love it! After the first wash I let it dry and apply a coat of edible mineral oil to it (I oil all wooden kitchen utensils/cutting boards regularly). I love the two sides, lifts the pizza off the baking stone and out of the oven easily, and the surface template makes even, even slices and turns them over for a nice sausage board. The bowl appears quality, sounds like a lot of the lower reviews, could have been a folding handle model but I would highly recommend it and the firm grip!
