Effective and easy to use incident management software
It has helped us identify our needs for training with respecttos different roles within my department, so I can ensure they receive appropriate support/training as needed before incidents occur that could impact business negatively (such is not always known about certain threats). The tool does give you data but it's only available via an excel sheet which isn't ideal if we need additional details or want more detailed reports created from this initial report - however there may be workarounds! If given adequate time then all aspects will have been covered- no issues at present though just looking into ways how improvements should come next year after implementation process was started last month!
Pros
- Easy to use interface; easy access when required.
- Excel format allows ease in further analysis by management team members who are non technical users too..easy enough even without specialist knowledge.and hence saves me much effort trying figure out things myself using google searches etc., saving valuable staff hours instead going down rabbit holes searching through blogs online...a bit like search engine optimisation where SEO specialists get paid millions per job while amateurs suchas i often do
