I've been utilizing these vitamins intermittently to fine-tune my diet for years now. I can't say you really need to take them, but at least the placebo has some effect. If only could get me delivery from. If the market didn't mess up so much, things would be perfect. The benefits: The vitamin amount and quality of ingredients are both excellent. A few drawbacks: The actual tablets are large in size. I have no issues with it, but I understand that it could cause some difficulty for others.
