It is easy to use with powerful features that makes your life easier when managing data from multiple sources in one place. You can easily configure alerts as well so you will know immediately if there are changes in status of assets. Also it allows users without technical skills such as QA engineers etc., access to monitor their assets which may enhance overall effectiveness of monitoring system. There isn't much I dislike about this product but maybe they should think more about adding some additional functions to make things even better like integration into other products (SAP HANA). Automated tracking & reporting through alerting functionality has helped us significantly reduce manual intervention during site visits by both field staffs and technicians alike.
