The lights work like lights and attach well to the dog's harness which is what I wanted them for. Their main problem, and it's a huge problem, is that it's extremely difficult to change batteries. The batteries are held in place by very small screws that are awkward to find, difficult to turn, difficult to track, and difficult to tamper with without use. The screws are so tiny that I had to send a special screwdriver. If you lose your screwdriver, you screwed up, so to speak. I do not recommend this product with batteries that are so difficult to replace. Repeat and everything will be fine.
