Definitely Chinese, made for a small Chinese wrist.
Not bad if you have a 7" or narrow wrist. Anything else and I would look elsewhere. I'm 8 inches and I'm on the penultimate hole. Typical natos are around 11.5 inches. Without measuring the ID, let's say it's about 10 inches.
