Plastic Razor Blades -- Where have you been all my life removing sticky stuff from glass?

I only have to remove adhesive or residue from glass about once ever 3-12 months, but it's a chore I hate. I love to use razor blades to scrape, but I always fear scratching the glass. I know solves like Orange Oil or Goo-Gone work, but they always leave streaks on the window that are difficult to remove once the adhesive is gone. So, what's the solution? Plastic Razor Scrapers. They have a good enough edge to remove the sticky gunk. They are cheap enough that you can get a hundred for the price of 5 metal ones (so who cares if they are sligthly less durable). And, they don't scratch glass. How have I never heard of this? I found it by mistake while searching for bulk metal razor blades for scrapers. and I am incredibly happy with this purchase. It's one of the best products that I never knew existed, and solves an infrequent problem. At my current use of 2-3 a year, these 100 razor blades will probably last me the rest of my life (if they don't get brittle after 20-30 year).

Pros
  • Does the job I need it to do. Scrape tape free from hot tumblers when I sublimate them.
Cons
  • The scraping action may not be as smooth as other scrapers on the market
