Review on Nuvola Analytics by Rich Ferguson

The UI/UX design, ease-of use while maintaining complex accounting systems for several years now has been superbly handled by NuvoLAtics management team with exceptional customer support from our end users all over India in this time frame also! No complaints here whatsoever at least till date when I used it during my tenure as CFO (around 4 yrs) within one bank organisation where we were solving very detailed business problems involving multiple ERP vendors simultaneously - both domestic & overseas too! It's easy to add and remove users, configure permissions for them. I found that it's not as robust as some other solutions in terms of features. You can't run custom reports, you can only choose from pre-built ones. I had to work with our Account Manager (and he was not very familiar with this product) to get a custom report created. They do offer trial periods so try that out first. We needed a user management system which allowed us to have granular access control for our customers.
