I like that they have great support for VPS's as well as Dedicated Servers which are very important to me since we run some large applications with high load requirements in our business needs! They also offer different types/prices depending upon your usage (monthly or yearly billing).
We do not use their managed service offerings but those could be helpful if you need more hands-on management than what this allows already out of box features provide. If it were possible would love them doing automated backups too because sometimes things go wrong when using virtual machines so having something set up automatically can't hurt either right? Their customer care team seems really nice overall though there maybe communication issues at times between US customers vs Europe ones where language barriers may come into play here. Sometimes just getting someone who speaks English natively instead of relying solely off an interpreter.
