1) Mic hole needs to be bigger 2) Voice sounds muffled when speaking 3) Not suitable for new Baofeng radios. Talking and receiving does not always connect. Works well in old Baofeng radios, but still muffles the voice on the receiver side. I use "QOL TOP" (4 packs) in all my radios. Works great and sounds very clear both in trance and on reception.
