The pump arrived with a badly damaged box, but the nearly bulletproof inner packaging allowed the pump to survive unscratched. After removing the pressure switch cover I found that the cable from the motor was not connected to the pressure switch and the cable was not tightened, it's ok it's just a bit strange but that's why it's not 5 stars. The repair took 5 seconds. The pump looks very well built and the process of switching between 120v and 220v is the easiest I've seen. The factory setting was 110V. (The Revain description was confusing) The included instructions were well written. Once installed, the pump will run well at speeds equal to or possibly slightly higher than advertised.
