Although a very good bike rack was returned.
After receiving and setting it up, it turned out that this frame was not for us. Although designed for wide tire bikes, it is not designed for heavier wide tire e-bikes. After installing it in my truck I saw that any other bike would work just fine and is certainly safe, easy to build, set up and a quality product. I want it to work for us. Thanks to Heininger for understanding and agreeing to the return. Be sure to check out their website, they have a lot more than bike racks.
